Special Education Ministry
The RBA Special Education Ministry Team strives to lead Richmond Baptist Association churches into a greater awareness and recognition of the special needs of the mentally, physically, hearing or visually challenged among their members and the community; and the value and dignity of each of these lives in the sight of God, and further; to assist in developing and implementing programs and activities that will minister to those with special needs and their families.
