The Richmond Baptist Association Executive Council will meet on Thursday, August 21, at River Road Church, Baptist, located at 8000 River Road (phone: 288-1131). The meeting begins with lunch at 12:00 noon in the fellowship hall with the business session immediately following.
Lunch will be provided at a cost of $5.00 per person. In order to have an accurate count for lunch, please contact Frances Jones at the RBA office by phone 329-1701, ext. 201 or by email to frances.jones@rbaonline.org for a reservation by the deadline, which is 3:30 p.m. on Friday, August 15. We also would like to collect all payments for lunch prior to the meeting, so please send your checks, made payable to the RBA, to Frances’ attention at the RBA office.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation after the deadline, please remember to send your check payable to the Richmond Baptist Association. Thank you.
Please read the minutes of the May 15, 2008, meeting before coming to this meeting. This will save us some time at the meeting to consider other items on the attached agenda.
