The RBA churches and WMU members provide backpacks filled with school supplies, extra special supplies and underwear and socks for the annual RBA Baptist Centers "Back-To-School" Celebrations. Last year a total of 900 backpacks were distributed. Click here to view the flier with all the details of Back to School Events at each Baptist Center; what to pack in the backpacks; the other supplies needed; and when/where each RBA church to should deliver their supplies.
Church Hill Wellness Center is holding it's Back to School Celebration at Mount Tabor Baptist Church 2011 Fairmount Avenue, Richmond 23223. Churches are asked to deliver their supplies to the center during the week prior to August 9. Monday through Thursday (Aug. 4-7) deliveries can be made between 10-12 and 2-4 and on Friday 8/8 from 10-2.
